1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website located at brastel.info ("the Website") and the purchase of products offered by Brastel, operated from Jl. Gajah Mada No. 64, 11120 Jakarta, Indonesia ("Brastel", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Website or placing an order for Brastel products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should not use the Website or place an order. These Terms are subject to change; the revised version with its revision date will govern all interactions after publication.

2. Product Classification & Intended Use

Brastel products are nutritional food-supplements intended to complement a balanced daily routine. They are designed to complement a varied daily diet.

Ingredient profiles in Brastel supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy.

We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.

3. Acceptable Website Use

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable Indonesian or international law or regulation.
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material through the Website.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, server, or database connected to the Website.

4. Orders, Pricing & Delivery

Orders may be placed through the contact form on the Website or by direct email to [email protected]. An order is confirmed when Brastel sends a written confirmation by email. Brastel reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

Prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Brastel reserves the right to amend prices at any time; the price stated at the time of confirmed order applies to that order.

Delivery is available within Indonesia only. Estimated dispatch timelines are confirmed in the order acknowledgement email. Delivery times are estimates; Brastel is not liable for delays attributable to third-party logistics providers.

Risk of loss for products passes to the purchaser upon dispatch. Title to goods passes upon full payment receipt.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery for products that are unopened and in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact Brastel at [email protected] with your order reference number and the reason for return. The return will be assessed and a decision communicated within five business days.

Refunds for approved returns are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of Brastel receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition.

Brastel does not accept returns for opened products unless the product is demonstrably defective or the contents do not match the declared composition. In such cases, the relevant lot record and batch certificate will be examined as part of the assessment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, imagery, brand wordmark, product names, formulation documentation, and site architecture — is the intellectual property of Brastel or is used under licence. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to users of the Website.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or adapt any content from the Website for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from Brastel. Limited personal, non-commercial use of Website content is permitted provided attribution to Brastel is maintained.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law, Brastel excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or from the purchase and use of Brastel products, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Brastel's total liability to any purchaser in connection with an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the purchaser for the products in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from Brastel's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

Brastel reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent imminent harm.

9. Amendments to These Terms

Brastel may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on the Website with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Website or placement of an order after the revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
